01 The Problem We Solve
Traditional research is static. A report describes the world as it existed when it was written. The world then continues to change. The report does not.
EdgeLetter was built around a different premise: that geopolitical intelligence is only useful if it continues to evolve alongside the events it describes. Every development EdgeLetter publishes is monitored continuously after publication. Subscribers do not receive a document. They receive ongoing visibility into whether the conditions behind that document still hold.
We call this living intelligence — analysis that does not end at publication, but continues for as long as the underlying situation remains unresolved.
02 Protection Cards
Every verified development EdgeLetter publishes is archived as a Protection Card — a permanent, timestamped intelligence record that shows what was identified, when it was identified, the sources that confirmed it, and how the situation ultimately unfolded.
Protection Cards are immutable. They cannot be edited after publication. They exist to create an auditable historical record that holds EdgeLetter accountable to its own claims over time.
The full archive is publicly accessible at edgeletter.pro/track-record. We do not selectively publish results. Every record EdgeLetter has ever produced remains permanently available.

05 Why a Subscription?
Geopolitical conditions do not change on a monthly schedule. A development that begins in January may become critical in March and resolve in July. Static research cannot track that arc. A subscription can.
EdgeLetter's subscription model exists because continuous monitoring requires continuous operation. Subscribers are not paying for access to archived reports. They are maintaining ongoing visibility into the geopolitical developments that matter to their decisions — for as long as those developments remain active.
06 Operating Company
EdgeLetter is operated by Allweather Luxe (Pty) Ltd, a private company incorporated in South Africa.
EdgeLetter does not provide financial advice, investment advice, or recommendations to buy or sell any security or instrument. Intelligence published by EdgeLetter is provided for decision-support purposes only. Subscribers are solely responsible for their own decisions.
