All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements. We do not share your personal information with any other parties without your consent, except where required by law.
06 Data Retention
We retain your account information for the duration of your subscription and for a period of 12 months after cancellation, unless you request earlier deletion. Payment records are retained as required by law. Usage data is retained for platform analytics for up to 24 months.

Under POPIA and applicable law, you have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
