Refund Policy
If you subscribe to any paid EdgeLetter plan and are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your first subscription, contact us and we will issue a full refund. No complicated process. No questions required.
01 Who This Policy Applies To
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to EdgeLetter, operated by Allweather Luxe (Pty) Ltd (Registration No. 2025/747640/07), trading as EdgeLetter. It covers the Starter ($49/month), Professional ($149/month), Executive ($399/month), Team ($499/month), and Enterprise ($999/month) plans.
02 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers on any paid plan are eligible for a full refund if they request one within 30 calendar days of their first payment. To qualify:
- The request must be made within 30 days of your first subscription payment
- The guarantee applies to your first subscription only — not to renewals or plan upgrades
- Email your refund request to support@edgeletter.pro from the address associated with your account
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
03 Renewals and Ongoing Subscriptions
After the initial 30-day guarantee period, subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Your subscription continues until cancelled.
To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
04 Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. You retain access to EdgeLetter until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund unless you are within the 30-day guarantee window.
05 Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refund requests where:
- The account has been suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms of Service
- There is evidence of fraudulent activity or abuse of the guarantee
- The request is made after the 30-day guarantee window has closed
