01 Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of EdgeLetter, a geopolitical intelligence and market monitoring subscription service operated by Allweather Luxe (Pty) Ltd (Registration No. 2025/747640/07), trading as EdgeLetter ("we," "us," or "our"), a private company incorporated under the laws of South Africa.

By accessing edgeletter.pro or subscribing to any EdgeLetter plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02 Description of Service

EdgeLetter provides continuously updated geopolitical analysis, market risk monitoring, and decision-support intelligence delivered via web interface, email, and other channels. The service includes:

• Published intelligence updates and geopolitical signal monitoring
• Protection Cards — timestamped, evidence-backed intelligence records
• Personalised morning briefs and alert notifications
• Subscriber tools including the Thesis Ledger and assumption tracking
• Access to the Track Record and proof archive

03 Not Financial Advice

EdgeLetter provides geopolitical intelligence and decision-support research. Nothing published by EdgeLetter constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, asset, or instrument.

EdgeLetter is not a financial services provider, financial adviser, broker or dealer, and is not licensed as any of those. We do not execute or route transactions, and we never hold, receive, control or move client funds or assets of any kind.

Subscribers use EdgeLetter's intelligence as one input among many in their own decision-making processes. We make no representations regarding the financial outcomes of any decision made in connection with our intelligence. You are solely responsible for your own investment and financial decisions.

04 Subscriptions and Billing

EdgeLetter offers the following subscription plans: Free ($0), Starter ($49/month), Professional ($149/month), Executive ($399/month), Team ($499/month), and Enterprise ($999/month). Prices are in USD and are exclusive of any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST, which is calculated and added at checkout based on your billing location.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to subscribers. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the new price.

05 Payment Processing and Merchant of Record

Payments for EdgeLetter subscriptions are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. This means that Creem, and not Allweather Luxe (Pty) Ltd, is the seller of record for the transaction, issues your invoice, and is responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST.

Your purchase is therefore also subject to Creem's buyer terms, which are presented to you at checkout. Creem receives your billing and payment details directly and processes them under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your card details.

06 Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscribers on paid plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your first paid subscription, contact us at support@edgeletter.pro for a full refund. Approved refunds are issued through Creem back to your original payment method. See our Refund Policy for full details.

07 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell EdgeLetter intelligence without written permission
• Share your account credentials with any third party
• Use automated means to scrape, copy, or extract content from the platform
• Use the service in violation of applicable law
• Attempt to circumvent or reverse-engineer any part of the platform
• Impose an unreasonable or disproportionate load on the platform. Where a plan is described as unlimited, that is subject to fair and reasonable use, and we may apply rate limits to protect the service for all subscribers

08 Intellectual Property

All content published by EdgeLetter — including Protection Cards, intelligence updates, analysis, and the methodology — is the intellectual property of Allweather Luxe (Pty) Ltd. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use this content for your own decision-support purposes only.

09 Disclaimer of Warranties

EdgeLetter is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Geopolitical events are inherently unpredictable, and past lead times or verification rates do not guarantee future performance.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Allweather Luxe (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use EdgeLetter, including any losses resulting from decisions made using our intelligence. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

11 Account Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

12 Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

14 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
