• Monitors publicly available information sources
• Uses AI-based systems to extract, score, and evaluate events
• Generates structured intelligence signals
• Delivers signals via web, email, and messaging channels including WhatsApp

3. No Financial or Investment Advice

All content is for informational and educational purposes only. EdgeLetter does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or act as a financial advisor, broker, or fiduciary.

• You will not rely solely on EdgeLetter signals to make financial or trading decisions
• You will consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions
• You use the Service entirely at your own risk

4. Autonomy and Accuracy Disclaimer

EdgeLetter operates using automated and AI-based systems. You acknowledge that signals are generated without human intervention, outputs may contain errors or omissions, and not all signals will be accurate or predictive. EdgeLetter does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or profitability. All signals are provided "as is".

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

EdgeLetter offers Free, Starter, Professional, and Executive tiers.

• Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis
• Payments processed via third-party providers
• By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges
• Cancel anytime — takes effect at end of billing cycle
• No partial refunds for unused time

6. Signal Delivery

Signals are delivered via web, email, and messaging platforms. Delivery timing may vary. EdgeLetter does not guarantee instant or uninterrupted delivery due to third-party dependencies.

7. Refund Policy

Unless required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable. No refunds for dissatisfaction with signals, perceived inaccuracy, or missed delivery due to external service issues. See our full Refund Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

• Do not copy, reproduce, or redistribute signals without permission
• Do not share account credentials
• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service

9. Intellectual Property

All content including signals, analysis, software, and branding is the intellectual property of EdgeLetter. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or internal business use only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeLetter shall not be liable for financial losses, trading losses, indirect or consequential damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of or reliance on the Service.

11. No Guarantee of Results

EdgeLetter does not guarantee trading success, market performance, or accuracy of predictions. Past signal performance does not guarantee future results.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

EdgeLetter reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion for violation of these Terms, suspected misuse, or non-payment.

13. Third-Party Services

EdgeLetter integrates with payment processors, email delivery providers, and messaging platforms. We are not responsible for failures or data handling practices of third parties.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by the EdgeLetter Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
